Scope
As to the biobanks, donor could be informed in general what are conditions and safeguards for maintaining the samples, without specifying where these specimens will be stored. Because, it is important for donor for what purpose the samples will be used and how they will be maintained and what are safeguards against violation of autonomy and privacy.
